Durante el año 2020 y lo que va corrido del año 2021, se ha logrado la aprehensión de 599 botellas de licor adulterado, 149 botellas de licor de contrabando, y 24.311 cajetillas de cigarrillos de contrabando.
“Risaralda no es territorio para la ilegalidad, se equivocan quienes desafían a la autoridad. Ni es sentimiento para el favorecimiento de estos ejercicios vergonzosos que desangran la institucionalidad y asfixian a los departamentos en sus finanzas y lo que es más grave, le quita dineros a la salud”.
Con este pronunciamiento vehemente, el Gobernador de Risaralda, Victor Manuel Tamayo Vargas, instaló oficialmente el I Comité Departamental Contra el Contrabando, Comercio Ilegal, Evasión Fiscal de Licores y Cigarrillos en Risaralda, evento que se cumplió en la sala de juntas del mandatario, y en la que hicieron presencia los cerca de 20 integrantes que componen dicha instancia.
Igualmente invitó a reforzar los esfuerzos interinstitucionales para que los resultados sean aún mayores y con impactos más fuertes.
“Más que mayores decisiones del Comité, requerimos acciones prácticas, contundentes, leales a la voluntad de las funciones encomendadas”, indicó el mandatario de los risaraldenses.
Por su parte el secretario de Hacienda departamental, Jorge Alexis Mejía Bermúdez, se refirió no solo al apoyo que se ha recibido de parte de las diferentes instancias vinculadas al Comité, para hacerle frente a la otra pandemia que golpea al departamento, como es la pandemia de la ilegalidad.
También hizo referencia al sacrificio que hacen, tanto funcionarios como contratistas de estas entidades, para enfrentar estas organizaciones dedicadas al contrabando como a la adulteración.
“No estoy mintiendo al decir, que ha sido muy difícil adelantar este trabajo en medio de la pandemia, pero lo hemos hecho, todas las entidades han expuesto a sus funcionarios, y no solo la Gobernación de Risaralda, también la Policía, el Ejercito, cuando han salido a buscar donde está el comercio ilegal de los licores, del cigarrillo. Hasta los comerciantes que han hecho las denuncias en nuestra Dirección de Fiscalización y Gestión de Ingresos de la Gobernación”, expresó Mejía Bermúdez.
El balance operativo
En este mismo escenario, la directora de Fiscalización y Gestión de Ingresos, Carmen Julia Gutiérrez Suárez, dio a conocer el balance operativo, realizado por su dependencia en cada uno de los municipios, tanto en sus zonas urbanas como rurales.

Se realizará un próximo comité para determinar acciones
Tanto el secretario de Hacienda, Jorge Alexis Mejía Bermúdez, como la directora de Fiscalización y Gestión de Ingresos, Carmen Julia Gutiérrez Suárez, fueron enfáticos en la necesidad de reforzar el trabajo en equipo para realizar operativos de mayor impacto interinstitucional.
“Dos son las conclusiones principales de este primer encuentro, el primero de ellos es la actitud que se observa en los integrantes del comité, de hacerle frente a este tipo de acciones ilegales en el departamento. Y la segunda, es que, para el próximo comité, vamos a empezar con unos planes de trabajo, que conlleven a adelantar unos operativos de mayor impacto a nivel interinstitucional”, dijo la directora de Fiscalización, Carmen Julia Gutiérrez Suárez.
