- Con éxito y de forma participativa se cumplió la Maratón de 24 horas del programa El Gobernador Responde, en la que se atendieron 1270 solicitudes de los ciudadanos de los 14 municipios del departamento.
El Gobernador de Risaralda anunció que, si Dios se lo permite, en un año hará la misma Maratón de 24 horas por la salud de los risaraldenses.
“Estamos muy agradecidos, en la Maratón de 24 horas de Salud logramos recibir 1270 solicitudes, y le devolvimos la alegría y esperanza a 1270 familias de Risaralda. Mi gratitud y mi cariño para todos ustedes, para las EPS, hospitales y mi equipo de trabajo, siento una alegría inmensa en el alma y en el corazón, esa satisfacción tan grande, por haber logrado este propósito en esta Navidad. Les dimos el aguinaldo anticipado a estas familias”.
Estas fueron las palabras expresadas por el Gobernador de Risaralda, Victor Manuel Tamayo Vargas, una vez culminó el conteo de 20 segundos que le dio fin a la maravillosa Maratón de 24 horas del Gobernador Responde, en pro de la salud de los risaraldenses, palabras que estuvieron acompañadas de unas cuantas lágrimas que bajaron por las mejillas del mandatario.
“Fueron 24 horas donde recibimos 1.270 solicitudes de personas requiriendo una cita médica, una entrega de un medicamente, una cirugía, un procedimiento, una atención en un centro hospitalario, y gracias a Dios lo logramos para satisfacción nuestra y para devolver la alegría a tantas familias que estaban desesperadas esperando una respuesta oportuna de las eps”, expresó Tamayo Vargas.
Desde luego, fueron lágrimas que reflejaban no solo las historias dolorosas de pacientes y familiares que hasta el momento no habían sido escuchadas por las EPS, pero también, de la satisfacción de haberles dado solución en esta Maratón de 24 horas.
“Fueron muchos casos que me conmovieron el corazón, pero hay uno que me quedó grabado, y es el de una señora que tiene un hijito que lleva más de 20 años cuadripléjico por un accidente, la señora tiene esclerosis múltiple que es una enfermedad muy dolorosa, la señora nos llamaba angustiada, llorando, porque frente a sus dificultades de salud se le imposibilita estar moviendo a su hijto para que no se afecte su piel, vienen en dos piecitas en Cuba de Pereira y eso me conmovió enormemente el caso”, dijo el Gobernador de Risaralda.
Agradecimiento a la Superintendencia
El Gobernador de Risaralda, Victor Manuel Tamayo Vargas, le agradeció al Superintendente de Salud por el apoyo y acompañamiento recibido durante lo que lleva del programa radial los viernes, como en la Maratón de las 24 horas.
“Si algo tenemos que destacar es la gran labor del Superintendente Nacional de Salud, Fabio Aristizábal, no le ha temblado la mano para sancionar e imponer multas a esas EPS que han incumplido con su función. El acompañamiento de la superintendencia de salud en este programa ha sido supremamente valioso, ayer estuvo toda la mañana con nosotros, anunció unas sanciones. La doctora Luz Nayibe que es la inspectora de Vigilancia y Control estuvo casi todo el programa con nosotros de manera que mi agradecimiento para la Superintendencia”, indicó Tamayo Vargas.
Un llamado a las dispensadoras de medicamentos
El Gobernador de Risaralda crítico fuertemente a las Empresas que dispensan los medicamentos a los pacientes en Risaralda, porque sus procesos internos y administrativos están llevando a movilizarse a los pacientes hasta Pereira para podérselos entregar, y en muchos casos, estos pacientes vienen y no encuentran los medicamentos que requieren.
“La dispensación de medicamentos sin lugar a dudas, es una de las grandes dificultades que tiene el sistema de salud en Risaralda. Me parece importante que empresas como Evedisa y Audifarma revisen sus procedimientos, no tiene razón de ser que los pacientes que viven en el occidente tengan que desplazarse hacia la ciudad de Pereira para recibir los medicamentos, sabiendo que esos medicamentos pueden ser entregados en los mismos municipios”, expresó Tamayo Vargas.
Una jornada exitosa
Para las entidades participantes en esta gran Maratón, la idea que tuvo el Gobernador de Risaralda, Victor Manuel Tamayo Vargas es de aplaudir, porque es una oportunidad de realizar un trabajo articulado para darle solución a tantos risaraldenses que requieren de una atención urgente y oportuna.
Así lo confirma Olga Lucía Hoyos Gómez, representante de la Clínica Comfamiliar de Risaralda, y quien acompaño la jornada liderada por el mandatario de los risaraldenses durante 24 horas.
“Yo pienso que es muy positiva, de igual manera se ven situaciones muy complicadas, de mucha demora en otras entidades, la falta del acceso a la entidad. Pero creo que esta es una manera de ayudarle al usuario a que tenga la oportunidad y sobre todo para prevenir esas complicaciones que se pueden tener por no tener la cita en un momento adecuado”, indicó Hoyos Gómez.
