- Las compañías aceleraron sus cambios internos y los planes que traían antes de marzo de 2020 quedaron atrás. Hicieron los cambios que venían construyendo en especial en asuntos tecnológicos, nuevas plataformas y relacionamiento con los clientes finales.

En el departamento 20 reconocidas compañías que generan alrededor de 20.000 empleos, a través del proyecto Más País recibieron el apoyo de la Gobernación a través de la Secretaría de Desarrollo Económico, la ANDI y el Ministerio de Ciencia, Tecnología e Innovación.
Más de $ 3.000 millones se invirtieron en este importante proyecto en Risaralda, el cual contó con un seguimiento continuo del Ministerio de Ciencias, con el propósito de ajustar los procesos y replicarlos en otras partes del país.
La secretaria de desarrollo económico y competitividad, Ana María Valencia Gómez, explicó que a través de esta estrategia las 20 empresas lograron mejorar su productividad. “Además del entrenamiento de alto nivel que recibieron durante seis meses las empresas beneficiadas de este proyecto de innovación empresarial para crear o mejorar las estrategias de innovación, también recibirán una cofinanciación de hasta $50 millones para hacer un prototipo o producto final (innovación en producto o servicios) priorizado”.
El proyecto mejoró el portafolio de productos y apoyó la ventaja competitiva de las empresas con relación a sus competidores, apoyando por ende el Sistema de Innovación de las Empresas.
“El objetivo general que de este proyecto se logró al impactar a las empresas en temas de innovación, que les permite mejorar su productividad y por ende, la competitividad del departamento”, afirmó la Gerente Seccional Risaralda – Quindío en ANDI, Lina Álvarez Vélez.
Este proceso permitió confirmar como asegura la coordinadora de sostenibilidad en JUANCAMOLE, Andrea Chica Valencia que “la innovación no resulta del azar o de un golpe de suerte, sino de un trabajo metódico y dedicado.”
Si bien la innovación se enfoca principalmente en las mejoras tecnológicas o de atención al cliente, “También mueven la innovación motores como el de contribuir al desarrollo de la sociedad, al cuidado del medioambiente, al crecimiento de las exportaciones y de la producción científica del país, entre otros” afirmó el Gerente Papeles Nacionales, Roberto Carlos Palacio.
