Los municipios que conforman el Área Metropolitana Centro Occidente, Pereira, Dosquebradas, La Virginia y Santa Rosa de Cabal municipio que también se sumó a la iniciativa, llevará a cabo el Día sin Carro y sin Moto; jornada que se realizará hoy martes 27 de septiembre de 7:00 a.m. a 7:00 p.m.
Se invita a los ciudadanos a participar utilizando el transporte público u otros medios alternativos.
VÍAS EXCEPTUADAS:
1. Variante Troncal de Occidente (Romelia- El pollo) desde la glorieta Belmonte hasta el límite con el Municipio de Dosquebradas zona que corresponde a Pereira (Ruta 29RSC vía Nacional).
2. Desde la glorieta Belmonte, Avenida de las Américas hasta el Terminal de Transporte. (Calle 17).
3. Segmento vial comprendido entre el ingreso por la vía a Armenia desde el puente sobre el rio Consotá, siguiendo por el Terminal de Transporte de Pereira, por la Calle 17 (ruta 29 vía Nacional), hasta empalmar con la avenida del Ferrocarril, para llegar al viaducto Cesar Gaviria Trujillo.
4. Segmento vial desde la glorieta Condina, vía Condina (Nuevo Sol), variante Condina (ruta 290 vía Nacional), desde la Glorieta Consota (AV de Las Américas) hasta la glorieta punto 30 (vía Armenia).
VEHÍCULOS EXCEPTUADOS QUE PUEDEN CIRCULAR:
- Vehículos de emergencias (Ambulancias, Bomberos, Defensa Civil, equipos logísticos para la atención de rescates y siniestros).
- Vehículos de atención médica personalizada, debidamente identificados.
- Vehículos operativos de las empresas de servicios públicos domiciliarios debidamente identificados.
- Vehículos destinados para el transporte de alimentos perecederos respetando en cualquier caso las horas de cargue y descargue.
- Vehículos de medios de comunicación debidamente identificados para esta labor.
- Vehículos pertenecientes a las Fuerzas Militares, Policía Nacional, Agentes de Tránsito, Cuerpos Oficiales Armados, (CTI, SIJIN, INPEC) y vehículos adscritos a la rama judicial.
- Vehículos destinados al control del tráfico, las grúas y carros talleres o de asistencia técnica debidamente identificados.
- Vehículos utilizados para el transporte de personas discapacitadas o pacientes que se desplacen en razón de tratamientos vitales como radioterapias, quimioterapias, o diálisis, siempre y cuando él o las personas con movilidad reducida o pacientes estén ocupando el vehículo (presentar certificado médico).
- Vehículos de transporte de valores y sus respectivas escoltas.
- Vehículos destinados al transporte público, masivo, colectivo, mixto e intermunicipal e individual.
- Vehículos colectivos tipo bus, buseta, y/o microbús de servicio particular de propiedad o no de las empresas destinadas al transporte de su personal.
- Vehículos recolectores de basura, debidamente acreditados.
- Vehículos de transporte escolar debidamente autorizados y acreditados.
- Vehículos de carga, incluyendo aquellos en cuya matrícula establezca capacidad de carga y de pasajeros no superior a dos toneladas. En todo caso, seguirán vigentes las restricciones establecidas para el transporte de carga.
- Coches funerarios y su respectivo cortejo fúnebre el cual deberá contar con el respectivo acompañamiento de las autoridades de tránsito.
- Vehículos destinados al transporte y logística en los servicios de matrimonio, bautizos, y quinceañeras.
- Motocicletas que presenten servicios de domicilios, debidamente identificados, las cuales ese día podrán circular sin ningún tipo de restricción.
- Para vehículos que ingresan de otras ciudades, pueden movilizarse presentando el tiquete del peaje.
