El Concurso que año tras año se ha realizado en el municipio de Santa Rosa de Cabal, con la idea de mantener las tradiciones navideñas, tuvo una participación de 23 solistas en categoría infantil y juvenil y 4 villancicos inéditos, donde estuvieron los departamentos de: Caldas, Quindío, Valle del Cauca, Antioquia, Cundinamarca y Risaralda.
La directora de cultura y artes, Eliana Carmona Giraldo, resalta el gran talento de los concursantes.
“Estamos muy contentos con esta final del Concurso Nacional de Villancicos en su versión número 20, tuvimos talentos de los departamentos hermanos y por supuesto ese final que se vivió a la altura. Felicitaciones y esperamos seguir preservando tradiciones navideñas con este tipo de concursos”.
Las ganadoras del concurso se sienten muy agradecidos por toda la atención y el espacio que les deja buenos recuerdos.
Categoría infantil
Primero puesto – María Victoria Alfonso Marroquí
“Tengo 8 años, les quiero agradecer un muy grandemente a la alcaldía de Santa Rosa y a la Gobernación de Risaralda, porque los villancicos son la vida acá”.
Segundo puesto – Melissa Murillo Londoño
“Tengo 11 años, quiero dar las gracias por este espacio tan lindo, por como han sido todas las personas de amables con nosotros en el concurso”.
Categoría juvenil
Primer puesto – Danna Montoya Bustamante
“Tengo 14 años, vengo de Cartago, me siento muy feliz de haber sido la ganadora del primer lugar de la categoría juvenil y la verdad me gustó mucho la organización del festival, me siento muy contenta porque me reencontré con mis amigos y poder volver a vivir esta experiencia”.
Segundo puesto – Angie Daniela Serna Quintero
“Me siento súper agradecida con la Alcaldía y la Gobernación por estos espacios que nos permiten abrirnos y conocer muchos talentos”.
Inédita – Francisco Toro con la canción “Que tal”.
“Estoy muy contento porque traje una canción de villancicos para Santa Rosa y resultar ganadora, muchísimas gracias a la Alcaldía a la Gobernación y todo el equipo”.
Los jurados calificadores fueron: Linda Gil de Antioquia, Valentina Parra del Quindío y Carlos Arturo Hidalgo de Caldas, quienes dieron el veredicto de los ganadores.
