Agregó la funcionaria que los ríos Otún y Risaralda, presentan alerta naranja ante la probabilidad de ocurrencia de crecientes súbitas. Por ello, recomendó tener especial atención en el paso de estas cuencas por Santa Rosa de Cabal, Dosquebradas, Marsella, Pereira, Mistrató y La Virginia.
La Gobernación de Risaralda a través de la Coordinación Departamental de Gestión del Riesgo de Desastres, CDGRD, seguirá al tanto de las predicciones climáticas con el propósito de trabajar con la comunidad, administraciones municipales, empresas privadas, entre otros actores, y así minimizar los riesgos ante las precipitaciones que se van a registrar durante la primera temporada de lluvias que se extenderá hasta mediados de junio.
