Con alertas sobre los riesgos que trae la crisis política que enfrenta el Gobierno para la economía, los gremios de la producción expresaron sus inquietudes al respecto.
El presidente de Fenalco, Jaime Alberto Cabal, dijo que las noticias y todo lo que se ha divulgado en las últimas horas es preocupantes y vergonzoso para el país, especialmente lo que tiene que ver con la financiación de la campaña presidencial.
“Estas revelaciones revisten toda la gravedad y deben ser investigadas a profundidad, sin importar el nivel de los funcionarios que puedan verse involucrados”, expresó el dirigente gremial.
Para Cabal, las instituciones deben actuar dentro de sus competencias, para que dentro del marco constitucional presenten al país, urgentemente, presenten resultados efectivos sobre las denuncias y los hechos que conoce la opinión pública.
“Solo la pronta reacción de las instituciones permitirá hacer frente a la percepción de inseguridad jurídica que producen las graves y recientes revelaciones”, agregó el presidente de Fenalco, al tiempo que agregó que esta situación puede tener repercusiones en la inversión extranjera, en la confianza inversionista del país y en el consumo, lo que sin duda afectará el crecimiento económico.
A su juicio, dado el tensionante momento político que vive el país, es el momento de “corregir el rumbo planteado por los proyectos de reformas presentados por el Gobierno Nacional que, como lo han manifestado diversos sectores, son inconvenientes para los colombianos y contribuyen a promover la incertidumbre y desconfianza en la estabilidad de las reglas de juego“. “El Congreso debería reflexionar sobre la ilegitimidad y la inconveniencia de las reformas presentadas”, concluyó el vocero de los comerciantes.
A su turno, la presidenta de la Cámara de Comercio Colombo Americana, AmCham Colombia, María Claudia Lacouture, también se pronunció sobre los últimos acontecimientos que vive el país y el Gobierno del presidente Gustavo Petro.
“La institucionalidad de Colombia está a prueba. Importante que desde todos los sectores rodeemos a las instituciones políticas, judiciales y disciplinarias para esclarecer pronto todas las denuncias. No tener esa claridad nos perjudica a todos”, comentó.
El domingo en la noche, el presidente de la Andi, Bruce MacMaster, también se pronunció.
“La situación actual es muy seria, son estos los momentos en los que el sereno actuar de las instituciones debe primar sobre cualquier interés individual”, trinó.
Se espera que en las próximas horas se generen otras reacciones de voceros gremiales en torno a la situación.
