En el marco de la gestión de la marca de región Hecho en Risaralda liderada por la Gobernación de Risaralda a través de la Secretaría de Desarrollo Agropecuario en alianza con FIDATEC y la Embajada de los Emiratos Árabes Unidos, durante esta semana avanza la agenda de la misión comercial que tiene por objetivo establecer relaciones mercantiles entre el departamento de Risaralda y Medio Oriente.
El director de FIDATEC, Héctor Emiro Díaz, quien a su vez dirige la misión comercial, indicó que ésta está conformada por “las empresas Café Fino, D`lala Candies, Delpla, La Fábrica de la Felicidad (Juancamole), Maxticafé, Pasaporte del Café, Hogar Café y Famosta Café”.
El director de la misión informó que “ya tenemos importantes resultados en el desarrollo de la agenda comercial que hemos venido adelantando durante estos días de trabajo; El día de hoy hemos logrado concretar la exportación del primer container de Juancamole hacia Emiratos Árabes Unidos”.
Así lo confirmó Jaime Giraldo, miembro de la delegación risaraldense en representación de la empresa Juancamole, quien afirmó que “el día de ayer tuvimos una maratón de reuniones; afortunadamente todo estuvo muy bien y hubo mucho interés por parte de los compradores y de las empresas visitadas. El día de ayer por correo electrónico me confirmaron un pedido de un contenedor de 20 pies para hacer pruebas. Ya estamos en temas de cotizaciones y de documentación para enviárselas al cliente”.
La misión comercial risaraldense en Dubai se extenderá hasta el día 29 de septiembre, y a la fecha, ya se ha cumplido agenda en el DMCC Coffee Center y el Kesad Group Ports en Abu Dhabi, además de la reunión con Luis Eduardo Merlano Hoyos, embajador de Colombia en los Emiratos Árabes Unidos.
