Desde que inició su campaña a la Cámara de Representantes, Juan Carlos Reinales ha expresado su preocupación por los recursos naturales y su intención para liderar desde el Congreso, iniciativas que protejan el medio ambiente.
Desde el municipio de Santa Rosa de Cabal, desde el bello sector conocido como El Garaje, el candidato a la Cámara de Representantes, Juan Carlos Reinales Agudelo, ratificó su compromiso hacia la protección del medio ambiente, que ha sido una de sus propuestas bandera, desde que inició su campaña a la Cámara de Representantes. El dirigente liberal se sumó a la siembra de cien árboles, participó en una caminata ecológica y compartió con los jóvenes del grupo ambientalista que lidera en Santa Rosa de Cabal, Carlos Montes.
“Somos privilegiados con la riqueza natural de Risaralda. Alrededor del 46% de éste departamento es cobertura boscosa. De sus casi 400 mil hectáreas, casi 175 mil, corresponden a bosques”, señaló el líder liberal.
Destacó Reinales, que además de sus numerosos bosques, Risaralda tiene una gran riqueza hídrica, determinada por dos grandes cuencas, siete cuencas, 42 subcuencas y 326 microcuencas.
“No es de poca monta la riqueza ambiental de nuestro departamento y desde la Cámara de Representantes, seremos fieles guardianes de este tesoro verde que es el territorio de Risaralda”.
Finalmente, Reinales hizo un llamado a los electores, frente a la próxima cita con la democracia, el 11 de marzo de 2018 cuando se realizarán las votaciones para Cámara de Representantes.
“Es el momento de renovar el Congreso. Mi nombre está en consideración de los electores. L-104, es la oportunidad del cambio. De Frente por Risaralda”.
