En los últimos días, los colombianos han enfrentado un periodo de incertidumbre, que se vio acompañado por largas filas en las oficinas autorizadas para la entrega de pasaportes, todo por los problemas con la licitación, que aunque ya fue resuelto prendió las alarmas entre los usuarios.
Por ello, ante la congestión, las personas han buscado otra alternativa. Una opción es solicitar el pasaporte en línea, pero hay unos requisitos que debe cumplir el ciudadano y hay un proceso específico.
Así, quienes pueden hacerlo son aquellos que:
1. Tengan más de 18 años y tener un pasaporte expedido después del 17 de noviembre de 2017.
2. Hayan dañado el pasaporte anterior, que invalide su uso.
3. No tengan páginas vigentes o que no sean suficientes para sus próximos viajes.
4. Hayan perdido o le hayan robado el pasaporte.
5. Quieran cambiarlo voluntariamente.
6. Consigan la autenticación biométrica exitosa.
Si cumple con los requisitos, entonces siga los siguientes pasos para hacer la solicitud en la página de la Cancillería:
1. Dirigirse a la página de la Cancillería.
2. De clic en el icono de Pasaportes, que se encuentra arriba de la sección de Noticias.
En el menú que se encontrará en la parte derecha de la pantalla, deberá seleccionar la opción Requisitos.
3. Luego, en una barra de pestañas, escoja la opción ‘Solicitud de Pasaporte en Línea’. Allí le aparecerán los requisitos para aplicar y el enlace del formulario que deberá complementar para hacer la solicitud en línea.
Tengan en cuenta que, en el formulario, deberá seleccionar la oficina en donde recogerá el documento.
4. Finalmente, pague el costo del pasaporte y esté atento a su correo para recibir la confirmación de su trámite. Allì, le van a indicar la fecha en que podrá recogerlo.
Ahora bien, los costos de los pasaportes son:
– Pasaporte ordinario: 121.000 COP + impuesto de timbre (64.000 COP) = 185.000.
– Pasaporte ejecutivo: 216.500 COP + impuesto de timbre = 280.500 COP.
– Pasaporte de emergencia: 170.000 COP.
