- El reporte de las autoridades asegura que se impusieron 40 comparendos y 44 vehículos fueron inmovilizados.
Ante la presencia en las vías públicas del municipio de Dosquebradas por parte “de 400 motociclistas con parrilleros disfrazados, en una actividad irregular e ilegal llevada cabo, llamados piques o competencias a alta velocidad en la vía pública” la noche del 30 de octubre de 2023 como lo menciona el Secretario de Gobierno Juan Carlos Sepúlveda, afectaron la movilidad y pusieron en peligro a los transeúntes y peatones, debido a la ejecución de maromas peligrosas.
Frente a estos hechos la Administración Municipal Empresa de Todos rechaza estos actos ilegales, atendiendo a las disposiciones contenidas en la Ley 1801 para la buena convivencia y la Ley 769 de 2002 en relación al Código de Tránsito Nacional. Toda vez que estos actos afectan el derecho a la movilidad y la seguridad de los dosquebradenses.
Ante esto el secretario de gobierno municipal comentó que “los motorizados con parrillero desplegaron sus actuaciones más allá de las vías públicas de jurisdicción de esta Alcaldía, hacia la ciudad de Pereira y al municipio de la Virginia, por lo que se requirió la intervención de la Policía Metropolitana de Pereira en un operativo de control y prevención ciudadana a la vía del viaducto César Gaviria Trujillo”.
“Durante el mencionado operativo y luego de realizar los procedimientos de rutina a cargo de la Policía Nacional, la Secretaría de Tránsito se hizo presente a través de sus unidades quienes inmovilizaron 16 motocicletas por faltas al Código Nacional de Tránsito y por obstaculización de la vía pública, puntualizó el Director Administrativo Secretaría de Tránsito Rodrigo Alberto Perlaza.
En general durante este tipo de obstrucciones, y una vez recibido el llamado de la comunidad, el Gobierno Municipal se hace presente para lograr el cumplimiento de la resolución 3027 que establece las infracciones de tránsito y las sanciones a impartir a los infractores de manera inmediata.
Finalmente, ambos funcionarios hacen un llamado acatar y respetar las normas establecidas ya que celebraciones como el día de niños, están pensadas como espacios de esparcimiento para niños y para el disfrute en familia y no para hacer actos peligrosos que aumenten los riesgos durante la movilidad; y en todo caso, a evitar sanciones ya que se continuará con los operativos conjuntos con la Policía Nacional.
