La ministra de trabajo, Gloria Inés Ramírez, le pidió al Banco de la República, que controle las tasas de usura o tasas a de interés para proteger el valor adquisitivo del salario mínimo que se realice este año 2024.
Esta petición fue realizada en el marco de la mesa de concertación de políticas laborales y salariales.
La ministra de trabajo indicó que el 18 de diciembre se conocerá una decisión del tema que espera sea favorable para los colombianos.
“Este fenómeno juega un papel Importante en el proceso de reactivación de la economía del país”, indicó.
Apuntó que este es un elemento en el que empresarios y trabajadores están de acuerdo pero todavía no se ha dado.
La ministra en la subcomisión de productividad le pido a los diferentes representantes del gobierno, líderes sindicales y empresarios proteger el poder adquisitivo del salario mínimo.
“Es importante decirles para que todos pensemos, pero ustedes que son los técnicos en las medidas de protección del valor adquisitivo del salario, el año pasado avanzamos porque se hizo una buena desindexación que no fue tan rápida como la queríamos, pero jugaron un papel importante estos 120 bienes y servicios que se pudieron desindexar”, indicó.
La ministra confirmó que este sería un punto importante que se volverá a analizar en la mesa de concertación.
Ramírez recordó que a partir del próximo 11 de diciembre se tiene previsto que se presenten las propuestas de cifras de aumento del salario mínimo de parte de las centrales obreras, los empresarios y el gobierno.
