Con la participación de maestras de transición, coordinadores y rectores de 35 instituciones educativas de Pereira, se desarrolló el Encuentro Municipal de Experiencias Pedagógicas del Servicio Preescolar Integral. Evento realizado en el Auditorio de la Universidad Antonio Nariño de la capital Risaraldense.
El escenario permitió socializar 21 experiencias pedagógicas y ocho vivencias de “Yo Científico” que fueron acompañadas durante el primer semestre de 2018 en 80 aulas del grado transición en Pereira. Fueron cerca de 1745 niños y niñas quienes junto a sus maestras, recibieron atención integral con un equipo interdisciplinar de 63 profesionales en pedagogía, salud, nutrición y psicología.
En este evento que contó con la presencia del Secretario de Educación Municipal, Daniel Perdomo, así como la Profesional Especializada del ICBF, María Cecilia Ramírez y la Coordinadora del Programa de Atención Integral a la Niñez de Comfamiliar Risaralda, Elizabeth García; se resaltó el valor y sentido que tiene la educación inicial en la ciudad y la región.
Adicionalmente, las tres instituciones que cuentan con el apoyo técnico del Ministerio de Educación Nacional, ratificaron su compromiso para el desarrollo de convenios de asociación, que como en el caso de Preescolar Integral, les permitan a los niños y niñas contar con mejores procesos pedagógicos, en salud, nutrición y acompañamiento familiar y comunitario para la garantía de sus derechos; articulado también al Modelo de Acompañamiento Situado MAS, impulsado por el Ministerio.
Al final, las instituciones realizaron un proceso de evaluación del convenio y su ejecución, que buscó analizar las condiciones requeridas para impulsar la sostenibilidad del servicio, que en este primer semestre del año fue liderado por Comfamiliar Risaralda.
