Con un evento realizado en el Hotel Movich de Pereira, se cumplió la presentación de resultados de la Sociedad en Movimiento y Círculo Virtuoso, jornada en la que estuvieron presente el Secretario de Educación Municipal, Daniel Leonardo Perdomo acompañado de miembros de la administración municipal, el coordinador de Sociedad en Movimiento y rector de la Universidad Tecnológica de Pereira, Luis Fernando Gaviria Trujillo, la Secretaria Técnica de Sociedad en Movimiento, la coordinadora del proyecto Círculo Virtuoso Vannesa Aristizábal Hincapié y miembros del Comité Directivo de la SM, directivos de las universidades de Risaralda, así como sus aliados Comfamiliar Risaralda, Empresarios por la Educación, el Comité Intergremial, la Comisión Regional de Competitividad, entre otros.
Como parte de los resultados entregados de la séptima fase del Círculo Virtuoso, se destacan en el Componente pedagógico, programas de formación en lengua inglesa y pensamiento científico y creativo que beneficiaron a más de 1830 niños; la conformación de 11 semilleros de investigación con énfasis en el estudio de la naturaleza y el ser humano, así como la formación en lectura crítica, la sensibilización y formación ciudadana a través de las prácticas musicales, beneficiando a más de 360 niños.
Por su parte, en el Componente Psicosocial, el programa extramural que logró impactar a un promedio de 500 familias, con el acompañamiento profesional de pedagogía, psicología y fonoaudiología, así como la formación en emprendimiento, motivando el liderazgo productivo en las comunidades, acompañamiento vocacional a los jóvenes, talleres lúdicos para la solución de conflictos en el ambiente escolar y formación en valores y en el Componente de Salud: el programa médico de salud sensorial con más de 3000 atenciones relacionadas con: valoraciones auditivas y visuales, atención especializada en ortóptica, otorrino-laringología, oftalmología, fisioterapia, así como, estimulación física a través de la recreación y el deporte, y el desarrollo de talleres prevención y promoción en salud.
Durante la entrega de resultados se hizo un reconocimiento a las personas e instituciones que a lo largo de la vigencia han trabajado de manera incansable por la educación y, se firmó un memorando de entendimiento con las instituciones vinculadas a la Sociedad en Movimiento, entre ellas: El Comité Intergremial, la Asociación Comunitaria Orobies, del corregimiento de Tribunas, Quinoa y la Corporación Manantial,
Los niños fueron los protagonistas en este certamen, para la apertura se contó con la presentación de la obra de teatro Manitos, a cargo de los niños de la institución educativa Manos Unidas, para el cierre, la presentación de los pequeños de San Isidro del corregimiento de Puerto Caldas y del sector de Villa Santana, quienes participaron del grupo de prácticas musicales para la sana convivencia, así como los niños del programa de robótica, quienes departieron con los invitados al evento.
