Los hoteleros continuarán con la fase tres, donde recibirán el brochure para promocionar el sector turismo
Con el fin de mejorar la calidad del servicio y aumentar el turismo en la región, 31 hoteles de la ciudad de Dosquebradas se fortalecieron de manera operativa, administrativa y comercial a través de la certificación en buenas prácticas hoteleras entregada por la Gobernación de Risaralda, Cotelco y la Administración ‘Compromiso de Todos’.
“Con un trabajo articulado, en Dosquebradas certificamos en fase uno y fase dos correspondientes a una serie de capacitaciones dirigidas al manejo de alimentos y habitaciones, atención al cliente y toda la área financiera. Esta estrategia es muy importante porque mejoramos notablemente el servicio y potencializamos el turismo en la ciudad y el Departamento”, indicó el gobernador de Risaralda, Sigifredo Salazar Osorio.
Al respecto, la secretaria de Desarrollo Económico y Competitividad municipal, Liliana Rueda, precisó que Dosquebradas tiene una zona comercial que debe ser aprovechada, con buenas ofertas hoteleras y turísticas.
“A través de esta dependencia hemos brindado apoyo y asesoría a este sector, por eso en el 2018 brindamos más de seis talleres en temas como saneamiento, normas sectoriales, costos, posicionamiento y demás. Igualmente a través del Clúster de Turismo han tenido un espacio en todas nuestras ferias tales como Dosquebradas Emprendedora”, agregó la funcionaria.
Entre tanto, el gremio hotelero de la ciudad resaltó la importancia de estas acciones articuladas y explicó que estos procesos de capacitación les permitieron implementar nuevas estrategias de mercadeo, y así mismo, ampliar la visión de sus negocios.
“Nos enseñaron desde cómo recibir al huésped hasta que se va, ya que no se trata de solo crear el hotel sino de garantizar un buen servicio y de convertirnos en un buen destino para visitar, por esta razón le agradecemos a la Administración Municipal por brindarnos estos espacios de formación y asesoría”, manifestó la propietaria de San Juan de La Badea, Paola Pavón
