Dosquebradas, 08 de febrero de 2019. El alcalde (e) de Dosquebradas Leonardo Ramírez entregó tranquilidad a los adultos mayores que hacen parte del Centro Vida José Argemiro Cárdenas Agudelo, al confirmar que en los próximos días, se dará inicio al programa que ofrece servicios educativos, recreativos, deportivos, alimentación, transporte, entre otros.
El mandatario manifestó que actualmente se adelanta el proceso contractual del personal y del operador de alimentos, para que en los próximos días puedan regresar a estas instalaciones y disfrutar de las múltiples actividades direccionadas a mejorar su calidad de vida.
“Esperamos que después del 20 de febrero el Centro Vida inicie su operación para el año 2019, teniendo en cuenta que los recursos están garantizados, y estamos llevando a cabo todas las acciones pertinentes para que preste sus servicios normalmente”, puntualizó Ramírez.
Por su parte, la usuaria del Centro Vida Sonia Llano, acotó que quedó satisfecha con la información que les fue socializada. “Este es un sitio muy importante, ya que es nuestra segunda casa, estamos contentos porque regresaremos a nuestras actividades cotidianas en poco tiempo”.
Entre tanto la Secretaria de Desarrollo Social y Político, Sandra Juliet Posada, precisó “Tenemos todo el compromiso con los adultos mayores, es así como realizamos todas las gestiones necesarias para contribuir con el bienestar de esta población”.

En el mes de marzo se pondrá en funcionamiento el que está ubicado en la Comuna 5, donde se espera atender alrededor de 80 personas inicialmente de zonas aledañas.
