A partir del 13 de octubre, los representantes a la Cámara tendrán que pagar su propio plan de celular, según anunció Carlos Cuenca, presidente de la corporación.
Con la medida se dejarán de pagar 26.800.000 pesos mensuales al operador, con el fin de ahorrar y entrar en austeridad.
Cuenca indicó que “es un ejemplo que debemos dar y que también le vamos a solicitar al Gobierno Nacional que lo haga con todos sus funcionarios, como cualquier colombiano que paga su servicio de telefonía móvil”.
Se espera que el Senado de la República siga el ejemplo de la cámara baja y piensen en “el bolsillo de los colombianos”.
