Comienza el año y con el regresa la temporada escolar, por ello Comfamiliar Risaralda inicia la entrega del Kit Escolar a partir del miércoles 8 hasta el sábado 25 de enero de 2020, espacio en el que se entregan diferentes materiales educativos que acompañarán a los hijos de los afiliados en el regreso a clases.
La entrega se realizará en la Sede Integral de Servicios de Comfamiliar en el municipio de Dosquebradas, ubicada en la Avenida Simón Bolívar # 35 – 01, de lunes a viernes de 7:00 a.m. a 7:00 p.m. y los sábados de 8:00 a.m. a 3:00 p.m. en jornada continua. Igualmente se entregarán kits en las sedes de Santa Rosa de Cabal, La Virginia y otros municipios del departamento.
En esta oportunidad, Comfamiliar Risaralda tiene proyectada la entrega de más de 74.000 kits, para Jardín, Primaria, Bachillerato y Universidad, con los elementos básicos para la temporada escolar como cuadernos, carpeta, cartuchera, entre otros de acuerdo a la categoría del kit.
Para reclamar el Kit Escolar, los beneficiarios deben cumplir con los siguientes requisitos:
– Presentar documento de identidad y la Tarjeta Comfamiliar, (de la persona a la cual se le gira mensualmente el Subsidio Familiar).
– Cuando la persona que se presenta a reclamar el Kit Escolar, esté en el mismo grupo familiar, es decir corresponda al trabajador (a) y/o cónyuge, puede reclamar alguno de los dos, siempre y cuando presenten el documento de identidad de ambos y la Tarjeta Comfamiliar, de quien habitualmente se le gira el Subsidio Familiar.
– En caso de reclamar un tercero, debe presentar documento de identidad de la persona autorizada y comunicación escrita de la persona que autoriza, adjuntando su documento de identidad y Tarjeta Comfamiliar.
¿Quién recibe Kit Escolar?
– Trabajadores afiliados que laboren en empresas al día en el pago de Aportes de octubre de 2019. Se fija como fecha límite de pago de aportes de octubre, el 30 de diciembre de 2019.
– El trabajador beneficiario y sus personas a cargo, deberán realizar su afiliación, hasta el 10 de enero de 2020, siempre y cuando haya laborado en diciembre al menos doce días.
– La presentación del certificado de escolaridad de la vigencia 2019 es hasta el 10 de febrero de 2020.
– Trabajadores afiliados con beneficiarios entre los 3 y 18 años de edad cumplidos, corresponden a hijos, hijastros y hermanos del trabajador, personas con alguna discapacidad, en igual rango de edad.
– Tienen derecho al Kit los beneficiarios que al 31 de marzo de 2020 ya tengan tres años cumplidos y los beneficiarios que tengan 18 años cumplidos al 31 de diciembre de 2019.
– Solo se cancelará un Kit Escolar por hijo, prefiriéndose a la madre, en aquellos casos en los cuales el beneficiario esté afiliado por el padre y la madre.
De igual forma, se informa que la empresa puede requerir la entrega del kit de sus colaboradores enviando comunicación firmada por el representante legal, adjuntando el listado de los trabajadores que autorizan la reclamación del mismo y solicitándolos directamente en el punto de entrega.
Recuerde que si es trabajador afiliado puede consultar si tiene el derecho al Kit Escolar a partir del 24 de diciembre de 2019 a través de la página web mi.comfamiliar.com y las empresas afiliadas pueden hacerlo en la web aportes.comfamiliar.com
