El presidente Iván Duque anunció que “las condiciones actuales que tenemos del aislamiento preventivo obligatorio, donde estamos recuperando vida productiva, donde se está avanzando también en la apertura de comercio”, se van mantener hasta el 15 de julio.
“Se va a mantener la norma tal como está hoy hasta el día 15 de julio. Lo hacemos pensando en esa gradualidad que se está dando en las regiones, lo hacemos también considerando que dentro de esa gradualidad van entrando espacios de comercio, que algunas que han tenido crecimiento de los casos de manera muy acelerada también han tomado medidas para que esa gradualidad sea un poco más lenta y con muchísimas más precauciones”, añadió el mandatario.
El mandatario de los colombianos reiteró que seguirá el proceso para reactivar el comercio. Además, continuarán las pruebas piloto en los municipios que no han sido afectados, donde se empezarán “pilotos presenciales en restaurantes” y en sitios de culto religioso, así como en algunos sitios de entretenimiento.
“En municipios con baja afectación de COVID les daremos espacio a que los alcaldes soliciten esos pilotos para ver cómo funcionan el distanciamiento físico, los procedimientos de presencialidad, en restaurantes, en culto”, anunció el mandatario.
De otro lado, el presidente aclaró que las pautas actuales para hacer actividad física se mantendrán hasta el 15 de julio, lo que incluye las tres horas a la semana para mayores de 70 años.
Duque también se refirió al día sin IVA: “El balance que nos deja a nosotros el primer día sin IVA tiene dos caras: las cosas que salieron mal, que hay que reconocer; personas que no cumplieron con el respectivo distanciamiento, establecimientos que no pusieron las pautas como debería ser; también vimos casos donde no hubo un control estricto de los aforos dentro de los establecimientos”.
“Y también hay que destacar las cosas que se hicieron bien. Vimos muchísimos establecimientos de comercio en el país que operaron con el distanciamiento, con la toma de temperatura, con los controles de aforo, y podemos decir que más del 99 % de los 78.000 establecimientos de comercio que abrieron lo hicieron cumpliendo con las medidas y hubo un gran comportamiento ciudadano”, dijo el mandatario.
