“Fue un esfuerzo que valió la pena”, dijo la secretaria de Desarrollo Económico y Competitividad, Diana María Ramírez Meza, al hacer el balance de “Findescuentos”, la estrategia del Gobierno de la Ciudad para reactivar la economía de Pereira durante el fin de semana, que incluía la celebración del Día del Amor y la Amistad.
El flujo de visitantes a los centros comerciales y a los cuatro parques en los que se concentraron los emprendedores de “Hecho en Pereira, ¡Lo compro! y de la Mercatón les permitió a los comerciantes incrementar sus ventas, darse a conocer y propiciar contactos comerciales con expectativas hacia el futuro.
“La idea es seguir generando este tipo de estrategias desde el Gobierno de la Ciudad para continuar con una importante reactivación económica en Pereira”, expresó la secretaria de Desarrollo Económico y Competitividad.
Entre tanto, los emprendedores agradecieron al Gobierno de la Ciudad por este espacio de dinamización de la economía, “porque nos ayuda a darnos a conocer un poco más”, dijo Bryan Gaviria, productor de empanadas argentinas, que tuvo su Estand en el parque de Álamos.
En Findescuentos también participó el sector campesino de la ciudad con productos agrícolas frescos y de primera calidad, en la feria “Mercatón Campesina” que continuará durante el año en distintos lugares de la ciudad. La secretaria de Desarrollo Rural, Sandra Granada, explicó que la experiencia de esta feria también fue muy positiva, “especialmente porque los pereiranos aprovecharon los precios, la frescura de los productos y porque saben que con ello apoyan a nuestros campesinos”.
