Laura Moreno Mejía, directora territorial de la Unidad para las Víctimas encabezó la entrega de dos camiones para el sujeto de reparación colectiva de Pueblo Rico, en el departamento de Risaralda, como cumplimiento a una de las medidas contempladas en el Plan Integral de Reparación (PIRC).
Las víctimas que habitan en Pueblo Rico, Risaralda, conformaron desde el año 2014 el Comité de Impulso gracias al proceso de reparación colectiva que adelantó la Unidad para las Víctimas en el territorio y hoy con beneplácito reciben dos vehículos tipo camiones, en cumplimiento a otra de las medidas formuladas en el PIRC.
Víctimas e institucionalidad a través de la Unidad han venido trabajando de la mano para cumplir con cada una de las medidas formuladas en el Plan; ahora, en respuesta a esta acción, el sujeto de reparación colectiva de la localidad recibe estos dos camiones a través de la Asociación de Productores Paneleros de Pueblo Rico (ASOPRI).
Estas iniciativas de reparación colectiva están dirigidas al reconocimiento y dignificación de las víctimas a través de la entrega de bienes, recuperación psicosocial y la inclusión ciudadana como sujetos plenos de derechos, reconstruyendo a través de las medidas formuladas el tejido social y recuperando la confianza de la sociedad en el Estado, en los territorios afectados por el conflicto.
“Una de los mayores objetivos de este año desde la Unidad para las Víctimas en el Eje Cafetero es cumplir a cabalidad con todas las medidas formuladas con el sujeto de Pueblo Rico, estamos cerrando de gran forma con la entrega de estos dos vehículos, esperamos que esto les signifique un verdadero progreso en los proyectos agrícolas que se manejan y se puedan fortalecer como organización, mejorando la calidad de vida de ustedes y sus familiares”, argumentó Laura Moreno, directora territorial de la Unidad en el Eje Cafetero.
Las actividades comerciales de las víctimas en Pueblo Rico giran en torno al agro, especialmente a la producción de caña de azúcar para fabricación de panela y miel, café, pan coger y ganadería, es por esto que la entrega de estos vehículos se convierte en una gran oportunidad de mejoramiento para la productividad y comercialización.
María Yorladis Montoya, representante legal de ASOPRI e integrante del Comité de Impulso, expresó su alegría por la entrega: “Quiero dar un gran agradecimiento a la Unidad para las Víctimas por este espectacular aporte, es una gran medida de reparación colectiva, estos vehículos ayudan a la economía del municipio y nos ayudan a todas las víctimas a rebajar los costos de transporte de la panela en el territorio, nos toca recorrer grandes distancias con la caña y la producción de la panela y ahora lo podremos hacer de manera directa, es un proceso muy lindo que hemos venido realizando con el Comité de Impulso durante estos años”.
Con este tipo de medidas la Unidad para las Víctimas continúa dando cumplimiento a los Planes Integrales de Reparación Colectiva en todo el territorio nacional, logrando consolidar la paz en diferentes municipios, fortaleciendo las iniciativas de las víctimas y contribuyendo a la sostenibilidad, el empoderamiento económico y el conocimiento en temas de productividad agrícola y comercialización.
