Desde este sábado inician las sanciones a motociclistas que no usen bien el casco reglamentario

  • La medida advierte que el elemento debe estar abrochado, no puede tener correas dañadas, no se puede usar levantado y prohíbe el porte de celulares tanto para conductores y parrilleros.

A partir de este sábado 23 de enero de 2021 entrará en vigencia la Resolución 23385 del Ministerio de Transporte emitida en noviembre de 2020 que establece las condiciones para la utilización del casco protector tanto para conductores de motocicleta.

La medida también aplica para acompañantes que se movilicen en motos, motociclos, motocarros y cuatrimotos.

“La cabeza del ocupante debe estar totalmente inmersa en el cuerpo del casco protector, el sistema de retención debe estar abrochado, no debe presentar broches partidos, ni correas rotas, ni piezas faltantes”. 

La segunda condición que establece la resolución es la relacionada con dispositivos móviles, estos no pueden ser portados al interior del casco como lo hace un gran número de usuarios, es decir, no podrá haber ningún dispositivo electrónico entre el conductor y el casco.

En relación a las personas que usen casco con cubierta facial interior movible, o más conocidos como ‘abatibles’, deberán siempre tener este abajo y bien ajustado.

Finalmente, de los cascos que son abatibles o modulares en la parte posterior, se dijo que estos deben ir todo el tiempo cerrados mientras se encuentran conduciendo.
