De acuerdo con los reportes de los Delegados del Contralor Felipe Córdoba en las jornadas iniciales de vacunación contra el Covid-19 en el país, llegan a 15 las vacunas perdidas, en 5 ciudades, en lo que se conoce hasta el momento.
Encabeza este listado, con 5 dosis perdidas, la ciudad de Armenia. La situación se dio en el Hospital Universitario de la capital del Quinto.
Sigue luego el caso ya conocido de la Clínica Comfamiliar de Pereira, donde se perdieron 4 vacunas.
Los otros casos reportados sobre vacunas perdidas, son:
*Medellín: 3, en el Hospital Pablo Tobón Uribe.
*Neiva: 2, en la Clínica Medilaser (1) y en el Hospital Universitario de Neiva (1).
*Sincelejo: 1 en el Hospital Universitario de Sincelejo.
Seguimiento de la CGR
El acompañamiento a las jornadas de vacunación en estas ciudades fue realizado por la Contralores Delegados de Trabajo, Posconflicto, Economía y Finanzas Públicas, Justicia y Participación Ciudadana.
Cada uno de ellos, al igual que otros delegados que estuvieron en las demás ciudades que han realizado jornadas de vacunación a personal de la salud de primera línea de atención a pacientes con Covid-19, inspeccionaron los centros de acopio, verificaron el almacenamiento y los protocolos para la distribución de las vacunas y, adicionalmente, visitaron las IPS encargadas de aplicar las inmunizaciones.
Como se hizo en el caso detectado en Pereira, la Contraloría General de la República determinó varias acciones para establecer lo sucedido con las vacunas que no se aplicaron y no aparecen, que incluyen nuevas visitas a las IPS donde se detectó la perdida.
Delegados y Gerentes Departamentales de la CGR continúan hoy sus visitas y revisiones, monitoreando el tema de las vacunas programadas y aplicadas, para hacer conocer con inmediatez las novedades que se puedan presentar al respecto.
