Al país llegará una modificación que afectará a todos los colombianos. Con el objetivo de unificar la longitud de los números telefónicos fijos y móviles a 10 dígitos, desde la Comisión de Regulación de Comunicaciones se dio a conocer que a partir de septiembre comenzarán los cambios.
Cabe recordar que, en julio de 2019 la CRC expidió la Resolución CRC 5826 en la que se definió la responsabilidad de diseñar y poner en marcha un plan para el establecimiento de una marcación única nacional, que inicialmente contempló una etapa preparatoria de 12 meses, ampliada por otros 12 meses dada la emergencia sanitaria por COVID-19.
Ahora, tras la finalización de la fase inicial, el primero de septiembre de 2021 se iniciará la implementación del nuevo esquema de marcación. “A partir del cambio contemplado en la regulación, el país dispondrá de un esquema unificado en el que se marcarán 10 dígitos para hacer todo tipo de llamadas desde teléfonos fijos y celulares a cualquier número telefónico de Colombia”.
Para realizar las llamadas ahora será necesario que se agregue el número 60 + el indicativo de la ciudad y posteriormente el número de teléfono habitual. Por ejemplo, para llamar a Pereira, los usuarios tendrán que marcar: 606 y el número fijo. Recuerde, este cambio no aplicará para números de celulares porque ya cuentan con 10 dígitos.
¿Y para Internacionales?
En el caso de realizar llamadas desde otros países a Colombia, ahora se deberá marcar: el #del operador internacional +57+60 + el número del indicativo + el número telefónico.
¿Debe cambiar el dispositivo celular o teléfono con la nueva medida?
No, no es necesario que tenga que cambiar su dispositivo de teléfono fijo para poder comunicarse con otros usuarios. El cambio va encaminado al momento de realizar la marcación para poder entablar una llamada con otros usurarios y esto no incide en el dispositivo como tal.
