· Serán ocho jornadas que se adelantarán en igual número de ciudades durante los meses de septiembre, octubre y noviembre.
· La primera de ellas se desarrollará en Pereira y reunirá a más de 100 notarios de esta zona del país.
Con la presencia del Superintendente de Notariado y Registro, Jairo Mesa Guerra, la Unión Colegiada del Notariado Colombiano -U.C.N.C.-, realizará en el Hotel Sonesta de Pereira la Jornada Regional de Capacitación Notarial – Seccional Eje Cafetero-; evento académico que congregará más de 100 notarios de Caldas, Quindío, Risaralda, parte del Valle y el Urabá Antioqueño.
Durante el evento que se realizará del 14 y el 16 de septiembre, se abordarán temas de gran trascendencia para la vida institucional del país como la titulación de tierras, el uso del papel de seguridad notarial, identificación y autenticación biométrica en línea, biometría móvil, factura electrónica y proyecto Bachué, de la Registraduría Nacional del Estado Civil.
Según Eduardo Durán Gómez, presidente encargado de la -U.C.N.C-, “esta Jornada de Capacitación es un espacio propicio para la actualización de conceptos y lineamientos frente a temas de gran relevancia para nuestro país, como lo es la titulación de tierras, proceso desde el cual el Servicio Notarial ayudará a miles de colombianos a retornar a sus predios, constituyéndose en una valiosa contribución al proceso de paz en la etapa de postconflicto.
En este sentido se garantiza que los notarios están preparados para asesorar y orientar jurídicamente, inclusive en diligencias conciliatorias, a todas las personas que requieran normalizar o legalizar los títulos de propiedad de sus inmuebles con los cuales podrán acceder a los créditos de financiación, bien para explotar agrícolamente los inmuebles o para constituirse en garantías de sus obligaciones.
Proyectos innovadores y visionarios
El directivo de la -U.C.N.C.- destacó además los diferentes proyectos desde los cuales se está aportando, no solo a la construcción de paz, sino a la reducción de delitos como la suplantación, resaltando principalmente la Biometría Móvil como uno de los más valiosos avances tecnológicos que hoy está llegando a todas las notarías de Colombia y que garantiza a los usuarios del sistema notarial, ser identificados biométricamente a través de una Tablet en diligencias a domicilio, especialmente, a personas en sedes hospitalarias, carcelarias, hogares de la tercera edad, zonas rurales o de difícil acceso.
En esta forma el notariado colombiano continúa siendo impulsor de propuestas innovadoras y eficientes que aportan a la seguridad de los colombianos.
